- Items from Confirmed Orders
Has your order been confirmed but you received an Out of Stock e-mail or SMS notification? We're sorry to say that this does indeed happen in rare cases.
We perform stringent quality checks when packing your order. If your item happens to be the last piece available and fails the check, we will cancel and refund the item even if your order was confirmed. You'll receive an SMS and e-mail notification upon cancellation.
- Exchange Items
After you request for a return & exchange through our online form, we reserve your item for 10 days. If your original return item arrives at our warehouse past the 10-day holding period, we can no longer guarantee its availability.
In the case that your exchange item becomes out of stock, we will fully refund you for it. You'll receive an e-mail notification from us once the refund has been processed.
