How To Track Your Order

Itching to get your hands on your newest purchase? See how close you are to receiving your package by tracking your order using any of the following channels. Simply click on your preferred method and read on:

 

E-Mail Notification - your order is on its way!

 Once your package has been handed over to our delivery providers, we'll send you an e-mail notification. Look out for the e-mail with the subject line: "Your Order ######### is on its way!" You can see the movement of your package by:

  • clicking on "Track Order" OR
  • clicking on the tracking number link

 

Desktop

 1. Hover over the  button on the top-right of the home page and click on “Track My Orders”.

2. If you're already logged into your account, you'll be taken to a "My Orders" window where you can check the status of all of your orders. Just click on the "View Order" link for the order you want to track.

3. If you aren't logged in, enter your e-mail address and order number, and click “View Order Status” to see the latest updates on your order.

If your package has been shipped, you'll be able to click on a live tracking link where you can access detailed information about your order status.

Mobile App

1. Tap on the "Order Tracking" feature found under the "Others" section of the menu .

2. Your display will then show your most recent order. Simply scroll through to see the delivery status of each item.

3. You can scroll further down to view the list of your older orders. Click on each order to expand for tracking details.
