Not sure if you'll be around when your order gets delivered? There's no need to work around your busy schedule - pick up your orders in your own time, anytime, at 7-Eleven! At the checkout page, simply choose the pick-up option for select 7-Eleven branches in Metro Manila, and you can pass by for your package whenever you're free.
You can opt for 7-Eleven Pickup when ordering on your desktop for both Cash on Delivery and prepaid orders (credit card or PayPal). Remember that this option is only available for items Sold by ZALORA.
1. On the Checkout page, click on "7-Eleven Pick Up".
2. Select your preferred 7-Eleven branch from the map or the dropdown list. Click on "Select This Outlet" to confirm.
3. Click on "Save and Continue" and complete the order process.
We'll get your package to your chosen 7-Eleven branch in 1-3 working days. You'll get an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, which you can use to track your order here.
When your order is ready for pick-up, we'll let you know via e-mail and SMS with your pay-and-claim code (for Cash on Delivery orders) or claim code (for prepaid orders).
As soon as you get this notification, you'll have 3 days to pick up your order. We'll send you another reminder after the second day. If you aren't able to pick it up during this time, we'll have to pull out your order from the branch*.
At the 7-Eleven branch, just present your tracking number and pay-and-claim/claim code at the counter (either printed out, or saved on your mobile device) and for Cash on Delivery orders, your cash payment. The branch clerk will hand over your order and an acknowledgement receipt.
* Note: Unclaimed orders will be refunded if Prepaid. Otherwise, we sadly have to cancel this order, and you'll have to place a new one.
