You can now enjoy hassle-free returns or exchanges at select 7-Eleven branches in Metro Manila! Below are 5 easy steps to use the 7-Eleven CLiQQ Kiosk to process your return.
1. Fill out the online returns form before packing your order. Remember to use the original ZALORA packaging (if it's still available) and the brand's original packaging, with the item tags still intact! If your item was sold by a Third Party Seller, make sure you also include the Seller's Invoice in the package.
2. Head on over to the CLiQQ Kiosk and tap on E-SHOP. Then click on "Return An Item".
3. Select "ZALORA" as the merchant and type in your ZALORA Order Number.
4. The CLiQQ Kiosk will print out a slip with your return code.
5. Hand over the return slip and your return package at the counter. The branch clerk will give you back an acknowledgement receipt.
We'll let you know via e-mail when your return package is back at our warehouse, and again when your exchange order is shipped, along with a new tracking number which you can use to track your order here. When your exchange order is ready for pickup at the 7-Eleven branch, we'll send you a new claim code.
As soon as you get this notification, you'll have 3 days to pick up your exchange order from the 7-Eleven branch. We'll send you another reminder after the second day. If you aren't able to pick it up during this time, we'll have to cancel the exchange order and refund you via Wallet Credit instead.
Just present your claim code and tracking number at the counter, and the branch clerk will hand over your package and an acknowledgement receipt.
We'll let you know via e-mail when your return package is back at our warehouse, and again when your refund has been processed.
