We are sorry that your expected delivery did not succeed. Our courier will always make three active attempts to deliver your order.
1. Should an attempt be unsuccessful due to a rider's issue, it will not be counted towards active deliveries.
2. Should an attempt be unsuccessful despite the rider being at the specified shipping address, our courier will send a message to inform you. Our rider will then reschedule your delivery within the next 2 business days.
After three attempts, however, the rider will return your package to ZALORA and, unfortunately, your order will be canceled.
Once the package is back at our warehouse, if your order was prepaid (credit card, PayPal, Wallet Credit, Gcash), ZALORA will immediately issue a refund based on the mode of payment used. (Reversal for Credit Card/Paypal and refund the credit back via ZALORA wallet/Gcash)
ECQ | GCQ Note: If you had selected a business or office delivery address which is currently not accessible to our riders, we will do one more attempt at the same location after the ECQ is lifted.
