Missed a delivery from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order!
If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address on the scheduled delivery date, our partner courier will either send you a message or give you a call to inform you that he came but missed you. Our partner courier will then reschedule your delivery.
If we miss you a second time, we will put your order on hold and our Customer Service team will get in touch to schedule a final delivery attempt.
After three attempts, however, the rider will return your package to us and we will sadly have to cancel your order.
If your order has already been paid (credit card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wallet Credit), ZALORA will immediately issue a Wallet Credit refund once we have the package back at our warehouse so you can shop again as soon as possible. You're also free to switch refund methods by contacting us directly.
