How much is shipping?

At ZALORA, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for a delivery fee discount or free delivery. However, this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.

Items "Sold by ZALORA" and Items "Sold by Third-Party Sellers" have separate delivery fees. We charted out these delivery charges for you below. We've also included a separate chart for areas outside of Mega Manila and outside of major cities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Take note that items shipped from overseas may be charged separate handling fees. Learn more about International Handling Fees.

1. Sold by ZALORA (Local and Overseas) - Mega Manila,Major Cities in Luzon,Visayas, Mindanao

      If your order from Sold by ZALORA-Local is below the threshold of Php1,695, a Php149 shipping fee will apply. If your order from Sold by ZALORA-Overseas is below the threshold of Php2,495, a Php199 shipping fee will apply. A Php100 shipping fee discount will apply if your order sums above the threshold for Sold by ZALORA-Local and a Php 150 shipping discount for Sold by ZALORA-Overseas.

      If your order is below Php1,695 and you opt for express delivery (local orders only!) the express shipping fee will be added to the normal shipping fee.

2. Sold by Seller, Essentials and Home & Living- Mega Manila, Major Cities in Luzon,Visayas, Mindanao

      1. Shipping fees for third-party sellers are a little trickier since they are charged on a per seller basis.

      3. For every set of items from the same third-party seller (local and overseas), a Php149.00 charge will be added if order does not sum up above Php1,495.00. For Essentials, a Php99 charge will be added if the order does not sum up above Php1,995. But good news! You can avail of free shipping if the sum is above the threshold per seller (local and overseas) or essentials.

      5. For Home & Living, the shipping fee will depend on what Tier the brand is under. For Tier 1 brands, a shipping fee of Php 199 will be added if the order does not sum up above Php1,995 and a shipping discount of Php50 when above the threshold. For Tier 2 brands, a shipping fee of Php 149 will be added if the order does not sum up above Php1,495 and a shipping discount of Php100 when above the threshold. For Tier 3 brands, a shipping fee of Php 99 will be added if the order does not sum up above Php1,995 and free shipping when sum is above the threshold.

3. Mixed Orders (Items "Sold by ZALORA" + Items "Sold by Sellers") - Mega Manila, Major Cities in Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao

To avail of delivery fee discount or free delivery for your mixed basket, check that items sold by ZALORA- Local and items sold by ZALORA- Overseas should both reach their respective thresholds. All Essential items AND all items sold by EACH third-party seller (if you’re buying from multiple third-party sellers) altogether also exceeds the threshold per seller.

      Scenario 1

      Dana ordered 6 items which are 2 ZALORA items (Sold by ZALORA=Local), 2 Items from Mango (Sold by ZALORA=Overseas), and 2 items from Sesura (Sold by [Third-Party Seller])
