How does the ZALORA NOW unlimited express/free shipping perk work?

For the full length of your ZALORA NOW subscription (1 year), you’ll either get free express shipping on items SOLD BY ZALORA-Local (any item with this icon on your Cart page) or Free shipping for items SOLD BY ZALORA both Local and Overseas.

1. Current Subscribers
    

   1. Customers who subscribed before 10/8/2020 will enjoy Free express shipping on items SOLD BY ZALORA-LOCAL (any item with this icon on your Cart page) given that the shipping addresses are within our express delivery coverage areas - no minimum spend required! 

   2. Take note of the following cut-off times and serviceable areas below!

         1. Delivery and cut-off times for Express Shipping items follow:
            • NCR, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, and Pampanga: Enjoy guaranteed next day delivery from Mondays to Saturdays if you place your orders before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered within 2 days. 
            •  

         2. *Due to airline restrictions, orders that contain Lithium-Ion batteries, cosmetics, liquids, and/or bulky items will be shipped via sea. Delivery for these orders will take 14-17 days.

             

            Some reminders:

            • We only deliver Express Orders on Mondays to Saturdays - excluding Sundays
            • Express Shipping is available for items marked as "Sold by ZALORA" & stored in our Warehouse and for orders paid for via Cash on Delivery and Credit Card. Orders for pickup (at partner Click+Connect sites) are not eligible for Express Shipping.
            • Credit Card payment orders will be shipped 1 working day after payment verification.
