Unfortunately, if you have already placed your order and then decide to change your payment details afterwards, you will not be able to do so.
Instead, you can opt to:
1. Cancel your order and order again using your preferred payment details. Note that you can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To find out more about cancelling your order, click here.
2. Proceed with your current order and just change your payment details for future transactions.
To change your payment details before placing your order, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the checkout page here and choose your delivery method.
- Choose your new payment method.
If adding a new credit/debit card, a pop-up will appear:
Take note of the checkboxes, and untick the boxes if necessary!
- Review your order, and click "Order Now" to place your order.
