Desktop
- Personal Details

To change your personal details using a desktop, follow these steps:
- 1. Go to My Account.
- 2. Click on "Edit" under Personal Details.
- 3. Fill in/Change the desired details.

- Billing and Shipping Addresses
To change your billing and shipping addresses on desktop, follow these steps:
- 1. Go to My Account.
- 2. Click on the "Edit" button beside the address that you want to edit, or click on the "Remove" button to delete the address from your account.
- 3. Fill in/Change the desired details. To make it your default shipping/billing address, tick the checkbox below "Shipping"/"Billing".
Mobile
- Personal Details

To change your personal details using the mobile application, follow these steps:
- 1. Open the ZALORA application on your smartphone.
- 2. Tap on the Account button at the bottom right hand side of your screen.
- 3. Tap on "Edit" under Account Information.
- 4. Fill in/Change the necessary details, then click "Save" to keep your edits.

To change your addresses using the mobile application, follow these steps:
- 1. Open the ZALORA application on your smartphone.
- 2. Tap on the Account button at the bottom right hand side of your screen.
- 3. Tap on "Edit" beside the address that you want to change or remove.
- 4. Fill in/Change the necessary details, then click "Save" to keep your edits.
