1. A first SMS or email notification is sent by ZALORA, once your order has left our warehouse, and has reached the assigned delivery hub.
2. A second SMS notification will be sent by our courier, on the actual day of delivery. Once you receive this notification, kindly keep your mobile nearby. If you are not available to receive the order personally, please see the instructions here.
