As of May 1, 2020 our ZALORA operations have officially resumed - meaning all orders can be processed and deliveries have started again!
Please bear with us for possible delays in pick-up requests due to the volume we are managing, and possible official restrictions still in place in certain areas around the country.
Requests for returns and exchanges may still be filed online within 30 days of receiving your order via our Online Returns/Exchange Module available here and plan the return with two options:
2. An easy home pick up > we keep your current request and will inform you as soon as the riders are resuming their tours so you can get organised ahead of time.
Note: We are temporarily unable to accommodate new returns pick-up requests.
