Updating your delivery address is possible under certain conditions.
You can check the status of your order in your account to see if it applies to your open order:
1. If the status of your order is not yet at packed, you can reach out to our Customer Service Team who will assist you with the update.
2. If the status of your order is already at packed or shipped, the initial delivery address can no longer be modified.
