ZALORA made it easy to track your order(s) directly from your profile and online account. Simply choose your preferred channel below and follow the few steps to view the shipping process.
Note: As we ship your order(s), you might still experience some delays in the delivery due to the volume we are managing.

- 1A. On iOS: Tap
"Account" and select "Orders"
1A. On Android: Tapand select Order Tracking
2. Your display will then show you a list of all your orders. Tap on an order number to get more details and see the delivery status of each item.
3. You can also tap on "Track Package" to get more detailed tracking information. -

- Hover over the
button on the top-right of the home page and click on “Track My Orders”.
- If you're already logged into your account, you'll be taken to a "My Orders" window where you can check the status of all of your orders. Just click on the "View Order" link for the order you want to track.
- If your order has been shipped, you can click on "Track Package" to view detailed tracking information for your order.
- You can also click on the link to visit our delivery partner's page and input your tracking number there.
- If you aren't logged in, enter your e-mail address and order number, and click “View Order Status” to see the latest updates on your order.
