There may be cases wherein upon reaching payment selection at checkout, all payment methods are grayed out (if on desktop or app) or not visible (if on mobile web). This could happen if:
1. Your preferred address does not qualify for the delivery of specific items in your bag. Find out more about which products have delivery area restrictions here. If you have these products in your cart, you can move them to your wishlist or remove them from your bag, and try checking out again.
2. Your preferred address is part of our non-serviceable areas. If we are unable to service your area, you may either:
- Update your shipping address to a serviceable area
- Select an LBC branch as the shipping address where you can pick up your order [This option is available for pre-paid orders only]
