For new ZALORA accounts created after May 18, 2020, a verification process via an OTP sent to your registered mobile number will be done the first time you attempt to check out. Users will only go through this process once so you will no longer be asked for an OTP in your future orders after verification.
If upon entering the code an error message appears, the OTP might already have expired. Note that an OTP can only be used within 5 minutes after it is sent. If this happens, you may try the following:
Click on "Resend code" and a new OTP should be sent to you.
OR
Go back to your cart and go through the checkout and verification process again.
