For new ZALORA accounts created after May 18, 2020, a verification process via an OTP sent to your registered mobile number will be done the first time you attempt to check out. Users will only go through this process once so you will no longer be asked for an OTP in your future orders after verification.

Desktop:
Input your mobile number.
Enter your 4 digit One-Time Pin within 5 minutes sent through SMS. Once verified you will then proceed to the check out page.
