We're sorry to hear that your Cash on Delivery (COD) order got cancelled! This may have been because multiple of your previous COD transactions resulted in either cancellations and/or failed deliveries. In these cases, our team conducts a security verification by confirming with you via email if the order is valid and you would indeed want to push through with your order.
Once we get your email confirmation, we will go right ahead and begin preparing your order for delivery.
However, if we do not receive a response to the verification email within 24 hours, we may have to cancel your order. You may still place your order again and choose one of our other payment methods.
